What is SKI 02.14?
SKI (Statens og Kommunernes Indkøbsservice) is an organisation that facilitates procurement on behalf of the Danish public sector. The agreement 02.14 IT Consultants (the new dynamic purchasing system agreement) covers services in a number of IT-related areas – including projects – and aims to make it easier for public organisations to procure IT skills and suppliers in a transparent and efficient way without too much bureaucracy.
