We use Piwik Pro to analyse our website. piwik Pro Core is located in Germany and has data centres within the EU.

Storage of personal data

The information collected is stored solely for statistical purposes - and always in anonymised form. The IP address itself is anonymised and stored until the end of the day, after which it is deleted. Therefore, the original IP address is at no time accessible to either us or our data processor.

Purpose of the newsletter

When subscribing to our newsletter, we collect and process personal data in order to send emails with information about services, knowledge articles, current topics and other services etc.

We process the personal data collected based on consent, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(a). This can be withdrawn at any time by writing to us or by unsubscribing at the bottom of the newsletter.

Personal data is only retained for as long as the specific advert is placed and is deleted no later than 6 months thereafter. In addition, statistical information about the individual advertising campaign is stored in anonymised form.

When collecting contact information for sales purposes, we receive information from third parties to sell our product. This can be done through business partners and social media such as LinkedIn.

The information collected includes the information provided when registering as a customer to Illumi. These include CVR number, company, company address, company e-mail, contact persons, name, title, mobile, e-mail and any comments.

When customers contact Illumi's support, we do not disclose personal information to third parties, but we process it through our data processor ClickUp.

We use ClickUp to manage and carry out the dialogue about our products and services. ClickUp is headquartered in the USA with data centres around the world, including the EEA. For transfers to third countries, there is a valid transfer basis in the form of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
