How we build your solution

1. Understanding and pre-analysis

We start by understanding your business and needs in close collaboration with you. We clarify your goals, workflows, and users to build a shared understanding of what needs to be developed. This isn’t a quick fix – it requires several conversations, workshops, and user analyses, so it’s something both you and we need to allocate time for.

2. System architecture and technical clarification

We visit your current IT landscape and the systems the new software solution will work with. Together with you, we also assess whether it makes sense to build a completely new technical platform or whether we can use standard systems for parts of your software application. Based on this knowledge, as well as the results of the pre-analysis, we outline the overall system architecture.

3. UX & UI

We sketch and visualise the solution so you get an early sense of how it will work. Using clickable prototypes, we finalise the concept and make it easy for you to decide, adjust and make sure we get it right. Depending on your wishes for the project, we can involve specific users to ensure broad support in your organisation.

4. Development in sprint

We design and develop in sprints, where you see partial results on an ongoing basis. This gives you the opportunity to provide input and ensure that the solution solves the right problems – in the right way.

5. Launch and further development

We help you get started safely and are ready to refine and develop the solution further as you see how it performs in practice.
