Looking after members' interests

Danske Terapeuter, as the organisation will be called going forward, represents members’ professional and economic interests and works to continuously raise the professional standard in the field.

The new platform is primarily intended to communicate knowledge about alternative treatments and strengthen membership of the organisation.

Goals for the solution

When we started our collaboration, Danske Terapeuter had some clear goals for what the solution should do.

The new website will secure more members

Danish Therapists is a membership organisation, and more members naturally give the organisation better opportunities to strengthen the individual members' businesses. Therefore, we have focused on ensuring that the information architecture supports a simple user journey towards membership.

Proper information architecture provides an overview

Our designer has done a thorough preliminary analysis to identify all types of content on the two "old" websites. This resulted in a logical and intuitive structure that makes a lot of sense for the two primary target groups, practitioners and clients, that the new joint website is aimed at.

Digitalisation of business processes

As part of our collaboration to digitise the secretariat's business processes, we have specially developed a flow for members to register and pay for courses. Digitising the secretariat's business processes is an ongoing process, and more features are continuously being developed.
