With a modern design and fully automated integration to the study administration systems UDDATA+ and Efteruddannelse.dk, SOSU Nykøbing F. has a complete and flexible solution for the school's external communication, which also frees up important time in the administration.

For SOSU Nykøbing F. and a number of other vocational schools, we have created a full integration to UDDATA+, which replaces the previous study administration system EASY-A.

We have extensive knowledge of the school sector

We’ve built a number of websites for SOSU schools and vocational academies, and a common challenge with the old solutions has been that key information about programmes and courses is hidden behind many clicks - or only available in confusing, outdated PDF files that aren’t indexed by Google. On top of that, course calendars and other content often had to be updated manually due to limited integration with public systems.

For an educational institution that relies on attracting new students, this is critical.

In addition, enrolment flows were not sufficiently mobile-friendly or user-friendly, which meant a large part of the target group was effectively cut off from taking the next step towards enrolment.

This was also the situation for SOSU Nykøbing Falster when they decided to embark on a "new website" project. With the increasing competition to attract new students and the increased demands for visibility on digital platforms, the school needed a modern communication platform with access to the school's full range of current and updated education and course offerings more than ever before.

Fully integrated with UDDATA+ and Efteruddannelse.dk

With the fully automated integration to UDDATA+ and Efteruddannelse.dk, all the school's courses, programmes and scheduled events are automatically and continuously synchronised on the website, which is always updated with information about the school's total and current course offerings.

For each individual course or programme, the visitor can find out the scheduled dates, see the number of available places and register for the course via a direct link to the application form on Efteruddannelse.dk.

The student or education manager from a company can find out about planned programmes and courses through the course calendar or use the free text search, which can also be combined with filtering by industry and dates.

Special course module for your own courses

The school's own courses can be created directly on the website in a course module where it is possible to create multiple events for the same course and manage the collection of registrations for each event.

Find your programme wizard

Not surprisingly, the main purpose for many visitors to the website is to get help on which programme to apply for. Should it be Basic Programme 1 or 2, Social and Healthcare Assistant or Social and Healthcare Assistant? It can be difficult to figure out for the individual, but with a simple wizard-based education guide on the front page, the visitor is guided to the right programme in just a few steps.
