Website Design

Website design that guides users to take action

When your web design works as intended, your visitors are guided in the right direction.

User experience is essential. And when we talk about user experience, we’re really talking about web design – UX, UI, and information architecture. Good web design does more than look good. It improves satisfaction, increases engagement and loyalty, and helps guide users toward the actions you want them to take.

Information Architecture (IA Design)

Make the user journey intuitive with a logical structure

With logically structured menus and a good search function, your users can intuitively find their way through even extensive amounts of information.

We ensure that your web design includes a well-considered information architecture and navigation structure, so your solution feels intuitive to use. This leads to more satisfied users and helps your business achieve its goals – whether that’s more purchases, fewer support requests, or greater customer loyalty.

User Experience (UX Design)

Increase user satisfaction and conversion

User experience design (UX design) is about the entire user journey from start to finish. Your web solution should feel intuitive and focus on the tasks your users want to complete.

With AI as an assistant, our experienced UX designers can quickly develop and test multiple prototypes and concepts – such as different navigation structures and user journeys – before we lock down the design. Working closely with you, we find the right direction faster and with greater confidence. We test the solution with your users and ensure that your design works across all devices and for users with disabilities.

A seamless user experience not only builds loyalty and trust – it also contributes directly to your business goals, because happy users keep coming back.

Graphical User Interface (UI Design)

Help your users with visual aids

An effective user interface guides users toward action through visual cues. That’s why UI design is a key part of your overall website design.

A clear “add to basket” button is a well-known example from online shops, but UI design also includes colours, typography, images, illustrations, icons, and the states of interactive elements.

We design the interface so users intuitively understand what they can interact with, enjoy a smooth digital experience, and are guided toward the desired actions.

Visual Identity

How should your brand be expressed in your web design?

When we develop your web design, we ensure the visual expression aligns with your brand. You may already have a strong visual identity that we simply bring to life digitally, or you may want to use the opportunity to develop a new identity that works both online and offline.

We can create entirely new designs or build on your existing ones. You can also choose a middle ground, where we refresh your current visual identity to give it a more modern look. We always start from where you are today.

With the new web design, more colours from the design system are used, giving us a lighter and more modern look. Our colour palette is used more effectively, and images fit more naturally into the overall design.

How we develop your website design

Many people think of website design as something purely visual. But when we work with web design, function is just as important as form. That’s why our designers focus equally on information architecture (IA), user experience (UX), and user interface (UI). This creates a design that improves the overall user experience and delivers real value for your business.

1. User analysis

What is your users’ behaviour, what are their preferences, and what does the ideal user journey look like? We talk to you and your users, and analyse behavioural data to gain a deep understanding of how people use your website – and to define what you want them to do.

2. Clarifying your website design wishes

Together with you, we prioritise what matters most in your website design. Should it include lots of interactive elements or be kept more simple? Should the visual interface build on your existing identity, or should we develop a completely new one? Whatever you choose, we ensure it stays consistent with your brand.

3. Wireframes and interactive prototype

Early in the process, you’ll receive draft wireframes and a design proposal in the form of an interactive prototype. The prototype roughly simulates the final web design, making it easy to understand the visual design, navigation, and functionality. In an iterative process and in close collaboration with you, we refine and develop the final design.

4. User tests

The interactive prototype is also the focal point when we involve your end users in testing and optimising the web design. User testing helps us identify and remove friction points and frustrations, ensuring your users enjoy a smooth and positive experience with your website.

5. Detailed web design development

We use insights from previous testing sessions to refine and finalise the web design down to the smallest detail.

6. Design system development

A design system is a collection of design components, colours, fonts, font sizes, and more. It acts as a shared reference for designers and developers working on your website. In this way, the design system ensures consistency and coherence across your design, ultimately leading to a better user experience.

7. Handover of web design

We hand over the finished web design to our developers who implement it in the chosen technical solution.

8. Design check

Our designers review the implemented web design to ensure everything works as intended. We make the final adjustments so the experience is polished and ready for your users.
