1. User analysis
What is your users’ behaviour, what are their preferences, and what does the ideal user journey look like? We talk to you and your users, and analyse behavioural data to gain a deep understanding of how people use your website – and to define what you want them to do.
2. Clarifying your website design wishes
Together with you, we prioritise what matters most in your website design. Should it include lots of interactive elements or be kept more simple? 3. Wireframes and interactive prototype
Early in the process, you’ll receive draft wireframes and a design proposal in the form of an interactive prototype. In an iterative process and in close collaboration with you, we refine and develop the final design.
4. User tests

5. Detailed web design development
We use insights from previous testing sessions to refine and finalise the web design down to the smallest detail.
6. Design system development

7. Handover of web design
