Generally speaking, there are three elements to an authorisation system. Each part can be implemented with a varying degree of functionality according to individual customer needs. Some functions can specifically address actions taken by applicants and others can be part of the authorisation process handled by the grantor.

Creating an application

Reporting

Both the grantor and the applicant have an overview of where the applications are in the approval process. After the grant has been awarded, applicants can also see the status of spent funds.
